How much is shipping?

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address, based on your selected products weight and dimensions.

If you are based out of WA, please contact us for a customised shipping quote.

Can I pick up my order?

Click & Collect is available from our Bibra Lake (WA) warehouse, 1/2 Hathor Way, Bibra Lake 6163 on weekdays between 10 am and 4 pm. You can select this option when checking out.

Can I nominate a delivery date?

Our team will give you a call prior to organising delivery so we can ensure your pieces get delivered on a day you prefer.

Can I arrange my own courier?

Yes, you can definitely arrange your own courier! At checkout, please select click and collect - then please send us an email with the date of pickup and courier company.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

No. PO Boxes and Parcel lockers are usually too small to accept most of our items. Our items are delivered by couriers that will bring your order straight to your door.

If a product is out of stock - can I pre-order it?

Yes! Nearly all of our products are available to pre-order and come in a range of finishes. Once processed, all pre-orders will take about 12-16 weeks until they arrive at our warehouse. If you would like to enquire about pre-ordering something that is not shoppable, please contact us and we can organise this for you.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

No. Currently we only ship Australia wide.

Do you offer refunds?

Please choose purchases carefully as we do not refund, return, or exchange if you change your mind or make a wrong selection.

All Empire product is quality controlled, however should a product be delivered that has a manufacturing fault, we will replace or repair the product at no cost to you. You are entitled to this policy if you contact us within 48 hours of your product delivery notifying us of the manufacturing fault.
